Through the Looking Glass Photoshoot

So last month I was involved in the most beautiful photo shoot in this stunning venue called The Gardens.

I made two new wedding dress designs especially for the shoot.

I made an ivory lace dress with an illusion back and blue dip dye skirt. This is by far my favourite design and I am so pleased to finally share the photographs. I also made a long full lace dress with a V neck back and short underskirt.

I worked with a group of amazingly talented people to achieve these amazing shots. Everyone worked their tits off during the 7 hour shoot. We managed to fight against the crazy rainy weather and got exactly what we wanted.

The amazing bouquet and flower crown were made by Most Curious Rose, They were absolutely stunning. The colours were so bold and worked so well with the blue in my dress design. Lisa (the awesome flower lady) was the brains behind this whole shoot. Her vision and attention to detail was exquisite and her hard work definitely paid off. The photographer Jodi was so lovely. She had lots of lovely energy and we had so much fun running around photographing in the gardens. You can tell she is amazing by the wonderful photos and I highly recommend her for any shoots or weddings.

All the props (especially that amazing mossy chair) made me wee with excitement. The banquet scene was styled so well. The colours and table placement worked so well for the vision of our shoot. The stylist and prop masters were Hire Love. You can hire out all those lovely things for your wedding.

Our beautiful model Sally had her hair and makeup done by Black Cherry Alternative Hair and Makeup. Sally’s look was fresh and the eye colours worked so well with the bouquet. We got to use the most beautiful piece of jewellery from Helen Morris-Clark Designs. It worked so well with the boho feel of the dress.

The venue was absolutely stunning and the owners were so friendly and helpful. I also fell in love with this poochie and had a few games of fetch :D
