Review:
Before discovering Lucy Can't Dance I was feeling quite despondent about finding my wedding dress. A lot of traditional wedding dress shops didn’t feel very ‘me’ and in what should have been an exciting journey to find a dress was actually making me feel pretty down.
However, as soon as I came across Lucy Can’t Dance online I knew I had to visit! I originally went with the intention of trying on and buying Peaches (which is a gorgeous dress!) but Lucy said I could try on as many dresses as I wanted and enjoy myself in the process, which I duly did! I spied the Joplin dress, which I thought would be a bit of fun to try on, and immediately fell in love with it. I understand some wedding dress shops can be quite strict in how many dresses you’re allowed to try on so the fact I could pick as many as I wanted helped me find ‘the one’. It was also taken into consideration that I was getting married abroad in a hot country with high humidity, so I felt like I received appropriate advice which helped me make the right decision.
I felt so comfortable in the studio (I LOVE the aesthetic!) and in my subsequent visits to try my dress on and have it altered. The team are all so lovely and I felt very looked after each time I visited.
The cherry on top was Bowie Mcfluffybutt - as a corgi lover I knew I'd found the right place and I was lucky enough that he assisted me in choosing my dress!
Thank you again for making me feel so glamorous on my wedding day – you are all amazing!'
